Media Chamber Chorale's Spring Celebration Concert, May 17

Join us for Media Chamber Chorale's 2019 Spring Celebration Concert, featuring Mozart's Coronation Mass. In addition, the choir will perform a wide repertoire of songs, from Brahms' Nenia to a gorgeous selection of spirituals! Under the expert direction of John Stroud, with accompaniment by William Gatens.

Media Chamber Chorale began in 1984 with a group of professional and dedicated amateur singers who wished to perform quality music in a chamber setting. We have performed annual winter and spring concerts since 1992, and we have been asked to sing at numerous community venues including Tyler Arboretum, Longwood Gardens, the Delaware County Summer Festival in Rose Tree Park, retirement communities, and the PA Renaissance Faire. We also perform annually at the Wallingford Community Arts Center's holiday craft fair.

We sing diverse music that includes standard choral repertoire such as the Coronation Mass we are performing now, as well as opera excerpts, show tunes, madrigals, spirituals, and folk songs. 2019 marks the 16th anniversary of our conductor John B.
