The concert is at 32 Blake Street which is in a permit-only neighborhood, but Julie requested a variance for tomorrow evening, so you should be able to park without a permit on:

Colorado-based singer-songwriter Edie Carey is known for her unmistakable, soulful voice, her intelligent, heart-grabbing songs, but perhaps most especially for her warm, engaging presence on and off stage. As much a part of her show as the music itself, Careys wry and often self-mocking humor makes audiences feel as though they have just spent an evening with a very close friend.
Carey has been singing at festivals, colleges, and listening rooms across the US, Canada and Europe since 1999, performing alongside Sara Bareilles, Brandi Carlile, Emmylou Harris, Lyle Lovett, and Shawn Mullins. Shes also been a featured artist on PRIs Mountain Stage. She's appeared at the country's most prestigious folk festivals including Telluride Bluegrass, Rocky Mountain Folks, Newport Folk, 30A Songwriters, and Cayamo. She released her 9th album, "Paper Rings: 8 love stories," in February 2016. Her prior release, a duo lullabies project with Sarah Sample, garnered several children's music awards, including Best Childrens Album in the 2015 Independent Music Awards.

Julie Rama Winslow has been performing around the Boston area for over 20 years. She started as an opera singer, but realized it wasn't her passion. She started gigging as a solo singer/songwriter and with her band Smooch. She sang in the award winning children's band The Jumping Monkeys for years, and is now back in the world of "grown up" music. Julie Rama is a strong performer who clearly enjoys the feeling of "putting on a show" for the audience. In this way, she has as much in common with pop artists as she does with more traditional "folk" performers. Thus, she cites Madonna, Bjork and Stevie Wonder as inspirations to her as much as Joni Mitchell or Ani Difranco.
