Iron in Your Future

Mindy is over 40, in theatre, and most decidedly not an athlete. One day she signs up for a triathlon! She gets drawn into the world of triathlon training, eventually signing up for an Ironman triathlon. She encounters many bumps and twists -- both literal and figurative -- in the road to Ironman. Join Mindy on her solo journey as she learns to reach for the unreachable, explore her inner athlete, and find enlightenment in the most unexpected places. This will be an excerpt from the full-length play "Iron in Your Future."
