Making Herbal Truffles- Workshop for Self-Love Day

Learning herbalism can be yummy! We'll make gluten/dairy free and vegan truffles using herbs. There will be two herbs available and participants will go home with two of each flavor, as well as a print out of the recipes so you can easily re-create them at home, along with suggestions of other herb combinations to try.

This a a fun activity to do with a friend, or as a mother/ child outing.

Diana Law is a PNW herbalist who loves plants and growing things and teaching others to love them, too. She's studied Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda and Classic Western Herbalism through courses with Planetary School of Herbology (Michael Tierra) and Cedar Mountain School Apprenticeship (Suzanne Jordan) and numerous conferences, workshops, classes and books. She also studies how Herbs grow both in cultivation and the wild, through programs such as the Master Composter program at Tilth, Plant Amnesty's Master Pruner series, and formerly as a gardener at Bastyr University's Medicinal Gardens.
