We will start our class with one of my favorite appetizers. What is not to like about bubbly cheese with spicy green chile vinagrette? You will love the tangy flavor of goat cheese mixed with Monterey Jack in our mexican version of fondue. Learn step-by-step how to roast, fill and fry the poblano peppers for a perfect crisp. Discover how to do flavor layering to get the amazing taste and which peppers to use for just the right amount of spice for the black bean sauce. Go home knowing the secret to making a perfect flan, from laying the perfect caramel to how to mixing the flan ingredients for the perfect texture.
