Yoga at Arabia Mountain

As part of Monadnock Madness 2019, we are excited to offer a special guided hike to the top of Davidson-Arabia Mountain for a sweet mid-day yoga practice. Satisfy your inner longing for connection to nature as you explore the beauty of your surroundings.

Connect with your breath and let your body be cleansed by it. Connect with the energy of the universe through the Sun and the Moon, the wind, the blue sky, and the Earth.
