Join Natalie Keng for Asian Home Chef Cooking Class: Hands-on Chinese Dumplings & Pot Stickers! Casual "boutique" classes for engaging one-on-one and hands-on learning. Features traditional techniques on popular topics with food/cultural history, busy cook shortcuts, healthy twists, cookware tips and more!
Class location will be near Decatur, Atlanta (Oakhurst, Candler and Kirkwood neighborhoods). Specific address will be sent after paid registration.

Instructor Bio:
Natalie Keng, Founder/Owner of Chinese Southern Belle LLC is a home chef instructor and food and culture expert from Atlanta, GA. She has taught over 300 Asian cooking classes, parties and demos around the country. *SELECTED- BEST COOKING CLASS TEACHER* WINNER- FLAVOR OF GEORGIA, BEST COOKING SAUCES*
Standing on a beer box as cashier, Natalie was trained at an early age in the family restaurant business, trained on the apron-tails of her mom and aunties, then graduated from Vassar College (B.A. Asian Studies) and Harvard University (M.P.P. Management and Policy). Before starting her own business, she led diversity and marketing teams and has served in public office. Ms. Keng is a published author, popular host/emcee, chef instructor and multicultural relations speaker. She also volunteers on several boards and loves supporting local food and community events. She is often joined by her mother, Margaret Keng, a former Teacher of the Year and international business consultant.
