Our featured Teacher:
Broderick has engaged in over a decade of intense self-inquiry that compelled him to forgo a professorial career in Chemical Engineering to study Naturopathic Medicine, which led him to the nurturing path of Yoga. He has a compassionate interest in studying the human condition while living a life filled with love, music, dance and play. His unique life journey has led him to dedicate his life to educating others on the path to inner peace, true happiness and fulfillment in life.

Our featured Chef:
Rose Slam Johnson, has been cooking food all over the bay for over 5 years. This retreat will highlight some of Slam's vegetarian specialities that will help you stretch, grow and relax into our yoga and mediation retreat.

In this retreat we will take the opportunity to step away from our mundane day-to-day activity to reflect and recharge. The practice of yoga is a self-reflective practice that encourages us to radiate wholeness, presence and aliveness. We have chosen to practice in the hills of Sonoma county between a redwood forest and a rolling meadow that emanates qualities to nurture our fundamental aliveness. You will be introduced to a comprehensive approach to the practice of yoga. We will practice as a community various yoga postures, breathing exercises, meditation techniques, chanting and critical thinking to revitalize our being. The aim is to invigorate us to not only experience personal joy but to also be reflections of love and kindness. It will be a time to connect with self, others and nature. So, sign up and explore with us the wonders of your being. This retreat is available to everyone! No prior yoga experience is required.

$125-250 sliding scale, includes food, accommodations (camping or bed depending on needs and availability) and a transformative yoga experience.
