Asheville Music Hall is proud to partner with LEAF and Sierra Brewing Company to bring you a World Music Series which will feature 6 shows a year from around the world! Our first installment will feature Locos por Juana from Miami, FL featuring David Pransky from Asheville's own Toubab Krewe on Bass!

LOCOS POR JUANA:

The dynamic, Miami-based, multiple Grammy Nominated band, Locos Por Juana creates a unique sound incorporating Afro-Colombian Folklore, pulsating electronics, and tropical beats blended with reggae grooves, hip-hop raps and funky brass lines to unify and ignite the dance floor. Joined on this tour by bass player Dave Pransky from the Asheville based band Toubab Krewe, Locos Por Juana pulls listeners into what the LA Times calls "a reverse Gulf Stream churning through the Straits of Florida south to Jamaica, Colombia, and over to Puerto Rico."
