SoCo Talent Idol 2013 "The Big Show"

SoCo Talent Idol "The Big Show," is a competition in the style of an old-timey musical variety show re-masterminded by Sister Yoda Lay He-Hoo of the Russian River Sisters. The field of contestants was selected during four audition nights at the R3 Hotel in Guerneville during the month of May. Celebrity judges will observe and score each of the acts and the winner of the competition will go on to perform on the main stage at Sonoma County Pride the next day. Following on the success of the last year's SoCo Talent Idol, the 2013 version has moved to larger digs at the Guerneville Veteran's Memorial Hall on Saturday, June 1st, from 7-10pm.

Open auditions for SoCo Talent Idol were held at the R3 Hotel (formerly the RRR/Russian River Resort) on May 1, 8, 15, & 22nd, and Impresario, Sister Yoda Lay He-Hoo, has just announced the field of contestants will include Sarai, Cyra Hughes, Sadona Mondabaugh, Mamadora, Cris Brazil, Just Jennifer, Kitten, Mountain Annie, Shambala Dancers, Indica and Joshua Payne. The acts selected will compete in front celebrity judges - Kayte Guglielmino, and Sister Frances A. Sissy, and Sister Nova Nilla of the Russian River Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence.

SoCo talent Idol is for ages 21 & over due to the adult content of the entertainment, and there will be a full bar on-site. Hi Five restaurant will prepare food to be served to the holders of the Impresario tickets at the event.

Two types of advance tickets available on-line: $10 General Admission and $30 Impresario (VIP) Admission which include back-stage access, nibbles and personal interaction with the Sister Yoda and the contestants during intermission.
