Becassine was born in a small french Britanny farm, on a day where woodcocks were flying over the village. Once adult, her childish naivety remains intact. She dreams to reach Paris but her meeting with Loulotte, a small baby adopted by the Marquise of Grand-Air, will disrupt her life. She becomes her nurse and a great complicity settles between the two of them. A happy breeze reigns in the manor. But for how long ? The debts grow up and the arrival of an unreliable Greek puppeteer will not make any difference. But once again Becassine will prove that she is the woman of the situation.

Bécassine naît dans une modeste ferme bretonne, un jour où des bécasses survolent le village. Devenue adulte, sa naïveté denfant reste intacte. Elle rêve de rejoindre Paris mais sa rencontre avec Loulotte, petit bébé adopté par la Marquise de Grand-Air va bouleverser sa vie. Elle en devient la nourrice et une grande complicité sinstalle entre elles. Un souffle joyeux règne dans le château. Mais pour combien de temps ? Les dettes saccumulent et larrivée dun marionnettiste grec peu fiable ne va rien arranger. Mais cest sans compter sur Bécassine qui va prouver une nouvelle fois quelle est la femme de la situation. ADAPTATION de la célèbre bande dessinée crée par Jacqueline Rivière, Caumery et Emile-Joseph Porphyre Pinchon.
