Body Home Fat Dance in Seattle!

Body Home Fat Dance founder, KT, has been teaching dance in the Portland area for the past 3 years, selling out weekly classes, presenting at conferences and organizing workshops. Now she is taking it on the road for the first time in a mini-tour to Seattle! Come take this dance class Thursday evening, and then see her perform at On The Boards Performance Lab on Saturday afternoon.

KT has a skill for creating fun and approachable dance classes that inspire joyful movement, connection with our bodies, and creative expression, while honoring our unique abilities and challenges with self-compassion. We will learn some fun choreography while learning how to make it work best for our own fabulous bodies. More than just dance classes, at Body Home Fat Dance we are co-creating a resilient community, building an empowering and nuanced dialogue about fat liberation, and connecting with our own embodied selves. We invite folks with all levels of experience, all bodies, all abilities, all genders to come dance with us!
