Ormao Winter Solstice Candlelight Yoga

The winter solstice is the shortest day of the year and a potent time for self reflection and personal growth. Join Angela LaBorde for an evening of guided meditation, breath practices and gentle physical postures that inspire introspection and gratitude. All ages and experience levels are welcome! Angela LaBorde will serve as your guide.

Bring a candle, a mat, and an open heart. (We will also have extra mats and candles available.)

Donation based class; 100% funds support Ormao Dance Company & School's creative, collaborative, community building work in your community.
