at The Oxford Community Arts Center
in the Rehearsal Hall (lower level)
Practicing yoga on a regular basis facilitates the balance of bringing about a sound, healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind.
In this workshop, you will learn the art of coordinating bodily postures and your breath, through gentle flowing movements. Each class meeting will provide a safe, compassionate and non-competitive environment that is welcoming to adults of all ages.
