Life is hard but it can be made a little easier with laughter, love and support.This one-woman show, Mahone shares humorous and heartbreaking stories and beloved songs highlighting her experiences growing up in a family where mental illness was the norm but love and humor prevailed. Her grandfather lived with schizophrenia and as young person was not allowed to talk about the things that were happening to him for fear that he would be institutionalized. Today, more than 70 years later, Mahone wants to be his voice and empower others to raise their voices without shame.
