Celebrate Earth Day deliciously - head to Farmers Fishers Bakers on April 22 for four courses of farm-inspired plates paired with beers from Long Trail Brewing Co., an environmentally conscious brewery. Chief Mixologist & Beverage Director Jon Arroyo, as well as members of the Vermont based eco-friendly brewery crew, will be on hand to share their craft beer knowledge and insight to some of their newest beers.
The dinner will begin promptly at 7pm in the restaurant's Larder area. Guests will also receive a pint glass and Earth Day gift at the end of the dinner. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Chef's Collaborative, a national chef network that's committed to creating a more sustainable food landscape. Tickets are limited.
