Old Skool New Skool Acro

Join Ariel and Liz of YogaSlackersNorCal for over 5 hours of advanced Acro training. We will be bringing you fresh tricks from this year's Dutch Acro festival, and taking you to our roots with some old skool YogaSlacker flows. The day starts with a 30 minute open warm up. At 10 am sharp the workshop will begin with partner calibrations and progress to acro skills that will eventually link together in one killer flow. We will have a solid break for lunch so you can re-fuel AND digest...how groovy is that?

Pre-reqs for this event include: free shoulder stand, reverse star, side star variations, reverse star, foot-to-hand, mono limb stars, 1 minute back plank, and a penchant for suffering in the name of acrobatic fun. And yes, we expect that you will have mastered the pre-reqs. FYI: pre-reqs are defined as following: things required as prior conditions for something else to happen. Got it? Good! Cuz we have some awesome things in store for you!

About us: Ariel has a Doctorate in Pharmacy and certifications in the following yoga disciplines: Ashtanga, AcroYoga, YogaSlackers, Thai Massage/Pranassage. Liz is a licensed physical therapist and is certified in the following disciplines: massage therapy, yoga therapy, and YogaSlackers. Our acrobatics partnership began in 2009; have been teaching together since 2011.
