CHEESE 201: Let's Make Gouda!
Learn to make the beloved Gouda. We will cover the science and the step by step process for you to make Gouda at home. We will also enjoy a tour of our farm and cheese factory. Cheese making materials will be on sale for you to purchase at a discounted price with your ticket to class. Includes lunch. Very well behaved children are welcome. This is a three and a half hour class.
