Eight Strings & a Whistle, Tenri 2018
Eight Strings & a Whistle returns to the Tenri Cultural Institute after our tour of California with an exciting program of works. We'll be featuring the World Premiere of Eidos II, by our first ever 8SW Composer Competition winner, Jorge Enrique Amado Molina. We also will be showcasing New York premieres of works by California composers, Mark Winges and Stephen Blumberg and New Jersey composer, Stanley Grill. Also on the program are Thomas Flaherty's Moments of Inertia, and Red and White by New York based Spencer Snyder.
