Jim Lauderdale - Grant Peeples Opens

Jim Lauderdale is a multi-Grammy award winning American country, bluegrass and Americana singer-songwriter. Lauderdale was the 2016 recipient of the Americana Music Associations Wagonmaster Award, a special lifetime achievement honor reserved for the most valuable contributors to the course and history of Americas only broad roots music format. Hes an artist who has helped define the Americana format as much as anyone while adding significantly to the larger legacies of the Country and Bluegrass genres.

Grant Peeples is a compelling and gritty performer. His fresh, honest, incisive, and eloquent songs command your attention. Hes an original writer with a strong political awareness, writing for the downtrodden by the world in the rush for ever greater prosperity.
