Earth Angel Farm Goat Yogurt and Goat Yoga at Lucky Penny Creamery
Earth Angel Farm (EAF) is a nonprofit organization which supports individuals with physical and developmental disabilities through wellness and green initiatives. Please join EAF to experience a beautiful evening of yoga with our goats and goat yogurt from Lucky Penny Farm Creamery on Thursday, August 16 from 6:30 to 7:30 pm at Lucky Penny Creamery in Kent, Ohio.
Spending time with animals is good for you. It is associated with increased longevity, a healthier heart, and some research suggests animal therapy may combat certain disease processes. Playing with pets can raise levels of serotonin and dopamine, and decrease cortisol, which are all important for balancing our health and our lives.
Come join us for a fun, playful practice with our goats. No experience necessary. This is an all-levels, all-abilities, all-ages event. Prepare to have fun and enjoy this unique yoga experience at the Lucky Penny Creamery.
