Knoxville Grand Slam 2013

On March 24th at The Well at 7:30 pm we will be deciding who this season's Knoxville Poetry Slam Team will be.

If you compete and make the team you will be a part of our traveling team, and you will compete in the Southern Fried Poetry Slam in New Orleans, LA!!

We will be doing fundraising until that date to cover the costs, however you must be able to pay your own way to any competitions through out the year in the event that we are unable to cover all costs.

We will be opening the sign up at 6pm, and we will be taking the first 12 poets. Last years top four poets automatically qualify, meaning the field is 16 poets.

The top four poets will make up the 2013 Knoxville Poetry Slam team. The fifth poet will be an alternate and will only make the team with a drop out, or if a poet above them misses a pay deadline.

PAYMENT DEADLINES ARE STRICT AND WILL BE POSTED SHORTLY.

Admission is $5. Food is Half off. Poetry is good.
