Community Women's Orchestra - Spring Concert Celebrating Women's Health

The Community Women's Orchestra (CWO), now in its 28th season, presents its annual Spring Concert. In addition to performing standards of the orchestral repertoire, CWO features music by female composers on each of its programs as part of an ongoing Women Composers Series*.

Recently, a CWO member was diagnosed with breast cancer. In response, the orchestra has decided again to dedicate it's Spring Concert to the celebration of women's health and contribute 100% of ticket sales to the Oakland-based Charlotte Maxwell Complementary Clinic.

Box Office Notes:
100% of all Box Office Receipts will be donated to support women who have cancer. Please choose a ticket price that expresses a donation level you wish to contribute to this worthy effort and organization - Charlotte Maxwell Complementary Clinic.

Our Mission:
CWO provides female orchestral musicians with the opportunity to enjoy a welcoming, and non-competitive music-making environment; performing programs that feature fan favorites, contemporary female composers, and rarely performed historical works.
