CHRIS WALLIN
With his unique gift for finding the extraordinary in ordinary life, Chris Wallin has established himself as one of Nashville's most sought-after songwriters.

For years, Wallin has topped the charts with classics-in-the-making for the industry's biggest stars: Love Me If You Can by Toby Keith, "Don't Blink" by Kenny Chesney, People Loving People by Garth Brooks, Im Tryin for Trace Adkins, Something To Be Proud Of and Speed by Montgomery Gentry and many more.

Raised in the small town in East Tennessee Wallin was influenced by the likes of Jim Croce, James Taylor and Merle Haggard, as well as his own musical family  especially his mother, a singer herself. She recorded and performed in Nashville for a time. Him and his mother lived on top of a Honky Tonk on Broadway in Downtown Nashville called The Turf. Chriss mother sang there at night .During the day Chris and his mother Joyce would go around the bars and restaurants in Music City with .45 records and jukebox inserts for her songs to try and get them to put her songs in their establishments. The experience made an indelible impression on the seven-year-old Chris.

He began writing songs at age 12 and, perhaps inevitably, moved to Music City several years later, making the dues-paying rounds of writers nights and songwriting contests. He caught a break when his songs caught the ear of a small publishing company call King Lizard Music helping to launch him on a professional career that has led to award-winning collaborations with the Whos who of songwriting royalty.

Wallin has worked hard to achieve his place on the A List of Nashville songwriters, and doesn't take his status for granted: Chris says  Back then I used to buy 50 or so McDonald's 29 cent hamburgers a week and freeze them solid. I could eat all week on $15  They werent bad, except the last few get a little crusty from freezer burn.

Artists who have cut Chriss songs include Lorrie Morgan, Garth Brooks, Montgomery Gentry, Sammy Kershaw, Tommy Shane Steiner, Trace Adkins, Michael Peterson, Anthony Smith, Jeffrey Steele, Confederate Railroad, Neal McCoy, Brian McComas, Brad Paisley, Joe Diffie, Diamond Rio, Kenny Chesney, Toby Keith and many many more.

ANTHONY SMITH
Anthony Smith was raised in eastern Tennessee [2] His musical interests began at the early age of 5. At age nine, he had joined his first band, and by age twelve he was arranging music at his church.[3] Smith moved to Kentucky in his early 20s and joined several bands. Luke Lewis, the boss of Mercury Nashville Records, received a demo tape of Smith's music, and signed the artist to a record deal.[4] Meanwhile, Smith wrote songs for other artists, including "Run and "Cowboys Like Us" by George Strait, "I'm Tryin'" and "Chrome" by Trace Adkins, "Didn't I" and "What Do Ya Think About That" by Montgomery Gentry, and "What Brothers Do" by Confederate Railroad.[4] "My Worst Fear" for Rascal Flatts "Kristofferson" for Tim McGraw "Chasing Down a Good Time" by Randy Houser

Smith's debut album was released on Mercury Nashville, the same year that he was granted a songwriting deal from BMI.[5][6] The album, titled If That Ain't Country, produced three Top 40 singles, of which the title track was the highest-charting. After exiting Mercury, Smith continued to write songs for other artists, including "Cowboys Like Us", another single release by George Strait. In 2007, two other singles that Smith co-wrote entered the country charts "Daisy" by Halfway to Hazard, and "What Do Ya Think About That", another release by Montgomery Gentry. In 2008, Tim McGraw charted in the Top 20 with "Kristofferson", which Smith co-wrote with Reed Nielsen. In 2016, released the Houser single "Chasing Down a Good Time" which Smith co-wrote with Jeffrey Steele. Later that year, he signed to a second recording contract, this time with Stroudavarious Records. His first single for the label, "Bringin' Back the Sunshine", was released in July 2009, and debuted at No. 60 on the Hot Country Songs chart. Smith also released an extended play for the label, then left in early 2010 to form his own label, Krankit Records. His first release on this label was "Love Is Love Is Love."[7]

TONY ARATA
Tony Arata was born in Savannah, Georgia and grew up on nearby Tybee Island.

While studying for a journalism degree from Georgia Southern University, he began
performing his original songs in local bands. In 1986, he and wife Jaymi moved to
Nashville where his unique, soulful style began to get the attention of people like Allen
Reynolds and Garth Brooks. Garth to date has recorded seven of Tonys songs, and The
Dance won song of the year at The Academy of Country Music and received both a Country
Music Association and a Grammy nomination, as well as a most performed song in Radio
and Records Magazine.

He has also had No. 1 records with Here I Am for Patty Loveless, Im Holding My Own
for Lee Roy Parnell, and Dreaming With My Eyes Open for Clay Walker. Other artists who
have recorded his songs include Emmylou Harris, Bonnie Raitt, Trisha Yearwood, Delbert
McClinton, Don Williams, Reba McEntire, Suzy Bogguss, and Hal Ketchum.
Tony has also done three solo albums featuring new songs, covers, and guest appearances bymany of Nashvilles finest musicians as well as folks who have recorded his songs, includingGarth, Patty, and Lee Roy.

Brooks himself has said the following about Arata:
One of my favorite songwriters has to be Tony Arata.
Hes a cat who doesnt care about appearances.
He doesnt care about money. He cares about his
children, his wife, and his music. Thats neat.
