Join us for our third Farm to Table Dinner at the beautiful new event space, Camp 106, in the heart of downtown New Albany. The contributors this year are Chef Mitch McCamey, Chef Cooper Miller, and mixologist Megan Dye all of Kermit's Outlaw Kitchen and Pastry Chef Samantha Allen and owner Mary Jennifer Russell of Sugaree's Bakery.
Chefs McCamey and Miller will do what they do best and source local and regional proteins and produce to create a passed appetizer and a plated entrée complimented with an abundance of uniquely prepared produce. Megan will create a specialty cocktail and choose wines for the dinner. Mary Jennifer will prepare a savory pastry plated appetizer and Pasty Chef Allen will prepare fresh bread for the table and a plated dessert to end the experience on a sweet note.
This year's event is a fundraiser for Anita Alef's New Albany High School culinary program. Her students will provide service for the evening.
