Bad Ass Pass Thursday
*You must have a 2018 RollerCon MVP Pass to purchase this BAD ASS Pass*
The Bad Ass Pass entitles you to a full day of guaranteed training, seminars and bouts - without waiting in line, without crowds, without any hassle at all. Passes are limited to 30 people max. Bad Ass passholders will have exclusive entry into a morning warm up off skates, 3 on skates sessions, a classroom sessions with food provided, a cool down yoga session and VIP bout seating. Bad Ass Friday classes were hand-chosen from those offered by our very best coaches.

9am Wake Up Warm Up (Booty Quake)
Get this party started! Begin your day with a 30-40 minute full-body warm-up to shake off yesterdays bumps and bruises, and get your whole body ready to rock another full day of RollerCon insanity. Yoga-inspired stretches, mobilisations, and some more invigorating moves will lead us into some low-stress sock derby skills to warm up our minds, too.
10:15am Flying High! (Urrk'n)
*5 Star Class: Everything you need to know about jumping the apex: when should you do it? What circumstances are most likely to be successful? How do you jump and where?
12:30pm Watch Smarter, Play Better (Octopus Prime)
Lunch provided. Don't get overwhelmed by everything that's going on when you sit trackside! Learn how to watch high level games and use what you see. We will watch and break down the action at the Riedell Showcase while we eat lunch and talk about how to prepare, what to look for, and how to see it. Lots of discussion. It can be pretty loud - and you might have some fun, too!
1:30pm Zombie Blocking (Kid Block)
Jammers say Kid Block looks so dead behind the eyes while blocking 1 on 1 - and that's exactly what she wants! When you're the last line of defence at the top of the pack, its important to stay calm, controlled and focused so you can hold the jammer as long as possible. Often we try to do too much, too soon, giving the jammer all the power and room to burn past you in a matter of seconds. Kid Block will teach you to BE A ZOMBIE, take back all the control and have that jammer wondering how the hell to get past you. #thatzombielife
3:45pm The Cobra Jammer (Mouse)
A detailed breakdown of hypnotic edgework that will allow you to maintain top speed and lull the opposing pack to sleep on your scoring approach.
6pm Yoga for Athletes (Kid Ace)
Improve your movements on the track and the ramp with yoga. In this class we will move through foundation yoga poses that will address both lengthening and strengthening your entire body. Specific to this class you will learn additional poses that will help you improve your range of motion in order to generate the most power from your movements. Class will conclude with restorative poses to help you unwind and manage stress.
