The newly-named Story Road features three of the West Coast's most talented and best-loved Celtic music performers; Colleen Raney, John Weed, and Stu Mason. This performance will feature one and only Irish button accordion player Johnny B. Connolly. For your visual enjoyment, the Rosemary Turco Irish Dancers will light up the stage.

Story Road performs a lively selection of pure-drop dance tunes and songs from Ireland and Scotland with a perfect balance of rip-roaring reels and jigs and heart-tugging ballads. Among the best Celtic singers of her generation, Colleen Raney grew up in the music-rich Irish community of Seattle. Her gorgeous voice, bouncy bodhran playing, and vivacious stage personality has made her an audience favorite wherever she performs. She has released three crtically acclaimed CDs, staking her claim as a serious presence in Celtic music. John & Stuart are also members of the popular, dynamic Celtic band Molly's Revenge, renowned for its skill and infectious enthusiasm and which has appeared at festivals and venues throughout the USA, Scotland, Australia and China. An accomplished fiddler in any genre, John learned his craft in Ireland, immersing himself in traditional styles of Clare and Donegal which shine through in his highly emotional playing. For over 30 years guitarist and mandola player Stu has been performing traditional music, including Celtic. old-time. bluegrass and his original compositions which have won awards from the West Coast Songwriters Association.
