Walter Crockett and the Wannabee Wabbits perform at legendary John Henry's Hammer Coffeehouse.

After a five-year hiatus, Walter Crockett is back with a bevy of original songs and a crack acoustic band of hot pickers and harmony singers. The Wannabee Wabbits bear a striking resemblance to the Oxymorons, who joined Walter and his late wife, Valerie, at coffeehouses and concerts for 13 years:
"Bob Dick on acoustic bass, Fran McConville on mandolin, Mark Manuel on keyboards, new addition Matt Cassell on percussion. Walter plays lead acoustic guitar. This performance will feature cameo appearances by the Wabbettes: JoJo McConville and Maddie Hayman, on fiddle. " Duke Levine joins the band for this performance only on electric guitar.
The new songs are in turns deeply emotional, uplifting, and typically humorous. Like all Crockett bands, the Wannabee Wabbits are deft, daft and dazzling. You can't go wrong.
