Topical Herbs for the Musculoskeletal System

Using herbs topically is not to be underestimated! I have seen old injuries cleared up, pain reduced, neck cricks dissipated and creaky knees lubricated by topical herbs. Come learn some basic remedies to have in your apothecary and how to use them. This is not a repeating class, and it's coming right up, so grab your tickets quick!

In class, you will learn:

- various topical herbal preparations and when to use them (salves, oils, liniments, plasters etc)
- 10 of my favorite topical musculoskeletal herbs and their uses (lobelia, cramp bark, cayenne, St. John's wort, soloman's seal, arnica, comfrey, cottonwood bud, CBD, safflower)
- Some ideas for combos/ formulas
