French Pastry Traditions at Pistacia Vera
Join us for an evening embracing Old World pastry techniques in the Pistacia Vera kitchen. Guests will be treated to a demo (yes, macarons will be included!), sweet and savory pastry tasting, and discussion with French pastry in mind. We will talk pastry science and theory in hopes to better understand Pistacia Veras craft. Space is limited, so dont wait to sign up!
