---sautéed breast of chicken served over linguini with capers, mushrooms, artichoke hearts,
lemon and white wine accompanied by fresh seasonal vegetables

---Grilled Portobello Mushroom Stack layered with sautéed spinach, seared polenta, and ratatouille. Drizzled with balsamic reduction and white truffle oil
