CK Midwest Regional Summit

Connect with Catalyst Kitchens member organizations in the Midwest region to share ideas and identify areas of collaboration between programs working to end poverty, hunger, and joblessness. This is a great training opportunity for direct service staff and an excellent way to get to know other nonprofits in your area.

This agenda is being finalized, past Catalyst Kitchen's Regional Summit session topics have included the following:

Training and Programs Track:
- Evaluations, Tracking, & Standards
- Core Components of Life Skills Curriculum

Social enterprise and Operations Track:
- New Business Expansion & Trainee Integration

Funding Track:
- Government Grants & Public Funding for
A) Workforce Development & Vocational Training (WIOA/VR,
SNAP E&T, etc.)
B) Combating Hunger (ex: CACFP, Meals on Wheels)

Additional Activities Include:

- Tour of host location (Inspiration Corporation)
- Outcomes Tracking & Telling the Data Story
- Round Table: Local Partnerships & Ecosystem Development

Event Details:

Non-member admission fee: $160 per person
Member Admission fee: $125 per person

This price covers the cost of meals (breakfast and lunch both days and a light reception), venue rental, and workshop material fees.

*All participants are expected to pay for their own travel and lodging.
