Waste Land
Jump inside the mind of T.S. Eliot and his wife Vivienne as he struggles to write his masterpiece, The Waste Land. Helping him along the way are Ezra Pound, Bertrand Russell, James Joyce, Virginia Woolf and Gertrude Stein. Witness the birth of the modernist movement, croquet with flamingos and hedgehogs and a broken cuckoo clock. Don Nigro takes lines from Eliots poetry and snippets from their lives to weave a play that is at once hilarious and heartbreaking. Witty and weird. And a peek into the lives into these legends.
