On Saturday, April 28, the Long Island Roller Rebels proudly present our 2018 HOME SEASON OPENER: a Roller Derby Double Header match up - TWO games for the price of one!

We're kicking off the season right with a double header match up against The Ithaca League of Women Rollers. They're making the trek down to Long Island to take the track against the Rebels in what's sure to be some fast-paced and exciting roller derby!
Catch all the hard-hitting action between the Rebels and Sufferjets, both fighting to climb the WFTDA ranks. BUT THAT'S NOT ALL! LIRR's Bruisers are going up against ILWR's Bluestockings in another nail-biting battle of the B Teams! Don't miss this incredible night packed with TWO roller derby games for the price of one!

DOORS: 5:30pm
FIRST GAME WHISTLE: 6:00pm
SECOND GAME WHISTLE: approx. 8:00pm
TICKETS: Tickets purchased online are $10. Tickets purchased the day-of the event are $15. This is an all-age event and children 8 & under are FREE! Tickets purchased online can be picked up at the Skate Safe will call at 7pm on the day of the game.
WHAT TO BRING
ID: Those wishing to partake in libations of beer, hard cider and wine please bring proof of age.
CHAIR: Wanna get close to the action? Bring a chair so you can sit rinkside!
PARKING: Free, but be sure to arrive early as the lot does fill up.
HANDICAP: This venue IS handicap accessible.
CASH: There is no ATM on the premises. Everything for sale, including day-of-tickets, raffles, food, beer and merch, is cash only.
NOTE: Outside food and drink are not permitted.
