Hand Painted Spring Scarves with Casey Sibley

Learn the basics of applying painting, stamping, and resist methods on textiles to create a beautiful piece of art that you can wear year-round! Casey of Casey D. Sibley Art + Design will be sharing her favorite tools and materials for fabric printing, as well as design techniques that can be easily reproduced for your future fabric painting projects. In this class, you'll make an original design using water-based, non-toxic fabric paints on a super soft, lightweight wool/silk blend scarf that might become your new favorite wardrobe accessory. We'll also cover color selection and composition considerations. All supplies are included.

Class appropriate for ages 12-adult.
