Harriet Tubman: Defender
A powerful presentation of Harriet Tubmans life & journey on the underground railroad; told in narrative and song as never heard before. This one woman show depicts Harriet Tubman as the defender of her people, and her selfless desire to help others to free themselves from the horrible institution of slavery.
The show will take you on a journey from her life as a child born into slavery, coming of age in slavery at the age of twenty, and of her daring escape to freedom on the Underground Railroad. Harriet will be portrayed by Eunice Seagraves.
