Stone Brewing Dinner February 15th

Join us on Thursday February 15th 2018 at 7pm for our first ever beer dinner featuring Stone Brewing Dinner.

$60 pp - 4 Course Dinner paired with 4 Stone Beers
Event will be held in our Private Room where Executive Chef Justin Manzi and Stone Rep Daniel Turdo will present each beer and menu item.
Chef Manzi has created a menu that enhances and complements the flavor profile of each Stone Beer.

First Course - Paired with Stone Tangerine Express IPA
House cured salmon, orange broth, soy caramel, wasabi emulsion, ginger, chilies

Second Course - Paired with Stone Ripper IPA
Bitter green salad, Dijon pomegranate ripper vinaigrette, raisin walnut crostini with bleu cheese yogurt

Third Course - Paired with Stone Old Guardian, Barley wine
Medieval spices smoked turkey leg, honey, braised kale, sweet potato "barlotto"

Fourth Course - Paired with Stone wOOtStout
Peanut butter chocolate pretzel
