Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a Japanese energy healing technique. Rei meaning spirit and soul and Ki meaning life force and mind. Reiki is a natural for of healing which focuses on the energy of the body, spirit and mind. Its an incredible way that can cleanse your body and expand your spiritual understanding of yourself and your surrounds. Reiki I is about self-healing and healing with family, friends and pets. Reiki II is for practitioners who wish to take their healing practices to a higher energy level.
