Comedians Katie Meiners, Peter Daniels, and Rick Reader will be at the Mitchell Opera House on January 26th at 7:00 p.m.

Katie Meiners is a stand-up comic based in suburban Chicago. A happy graduate of the Second City Comedy Writing Program (and the University of Michigan), Katie has amassed spectacularly-ranging accolades such as winning Smokebreak, Comedy's inaugural stand-up competition and placing in the Top 10 in the Freedom Comedy Festival. Katie is a regular at comedy clubs up around the Midwest.

Over the last 7 years, Peter Daniels has been working the major comedy clubs throughout the US. He has a laid-back style that quickly connects with his audiences. He talks about everyday problems that we all experience like child rearing and relationship issues.

Rick Reader has appeared on many radio, television, and stage shows throughout the United States, Canada, and Europe. He also has appeared in the sitcom Night Shift that was filmed for national television. Rick has worked with: Tim Allen, The Box Tops, Drew Carry, Ray Charles, Tommy Chong, Steve Harvey, Fog Hat, Gary Lewis & The Playboys, Loretta Lynn, The Platters, Survivor, & George Straight throughout his career.
