Songwriters Circle featuring Connor Brennan, Jess Johnson, Eric Doucette, and Beth Killie
Connor Brennan is a prolific writer and performer. A multi-instrumentalist who draws inspiration from people who enjoy his music. Connor is amazing at improvisational writing, in his last Songwriters Circle performance he performed a song written that day!
Jess Johnson - Jess combines her Texas roots, Tennessee heart, and Midwest love to create soulful lyrics with a pop twist. She has a versatile vocal style and penchant for an electric piano. Jess is a charismatic and fun performer we are happy to have returning to the circle.
Eric Doucette Hailing from Orange County, NY, Eric is influenced heavily by the cryptic writings of lyricists and poets of the 1990s and onward. His songs are born in the roots of memory and the inner commentary of an ever-changing mind. A strong edgy voice with insightful thoughts and melodies layer an amazing tone and talent on guitar.
Beth Kille - Beth Kille is a 22-time Madison Area Music Association (MAMA) award winning artist from Madison, WI who has been cranking out Americana Rock tunes since 2000. Her work and mentoring in the local and regional music scene is everywhere, all stemming for her fun eclectic songwriting. Her style is unique, unpretentious and accessible. She has an innate ability to reach people with music and her banter can always melt the ice and bring a smile.
