What's Emotional Fitness For Couples?

It's a supportive, collective problem-solving workshop that helps us notice our stuckness in partnership, allows us to open to new ideas and encourages a new way of connecting with each other.

Every participant chooses their own level of involvement (so no one has to be nervous!)

You are invited to:

1.) Participate as audience, holding space for new solutions to arrive.

2.) Put your couple challenge on a 3 x 5 card and put it anonymously in the "Issue Box".

3.) Offer to represent a player in one of the scenarios selected from the box.

4.) Offer new solutions after the original scene has been played.

As a community, we will explore different options, alternative endings and new language around issues that couples have when communicating. We have so much in common as partners, regardless of the individual stories. Let's problem-solve together with a spirit of play and connection.

Cancellation policy: If you have to cancel but give us 2 weeks in advance, we'll give you a full refund.
If you cancel less than 2 weeks in advance, we're happy to give you full credit in the form of a voucher you can use for another session, but we can't refund your payment.
Be sure to double check the location since we currently rent space from several arts organizations!
