Walter Richardson II is a performing singer songwriter, with a passion for rhythm and acoustic guitar, in Tempe Arizona. He received his B.S. Degree from Arizona State University in 1976. Along side of his solo performing, Walt has been band leader of three bands and recorded and released four projects over his 30 years of professional entertainment. Walter has toured throughout the United States and Mexico. He has shared the stage with artist ranging from Third World to Ziggy Marley. During his career, Walter has also been a promoter of several popular concerts and festivals. He is known for his close work with many hospitals, schools, nonprofits and charities throughout the state of Arizona. He has been the recipient of numerous awards throughout his career, the greatest of these being his January 18th 2014 induction into the Arizona Music and Entertainment Hall of Fame and the Nov 7th 2014 installation of a Bronze plaque in his honor, in the Downtown Tempe Walk of Fame.
