Rhonda Thomas Christmas Concert

Rhonda Thomas performs selections from her critically-acclaimed Christmas album, Little Drummer Girl and several of her favorite originals and classic soul covers.

Rhonda will be sharing the stage with her stellar band, Dexter Whitaker (bass), John Henry (drums), Andre Avelino (lead guitar) and Terrence White (piano). As always, she will also bring great surprises.

This concert will be an awesome and intimate experience and one of the first events at Soul Village (Moods Music's new live music venue). Soul Village/Mood's Music is located at 1131 Euclid Avenue Atlanta, GA 30307.

There will be a 7 pm show and a 10 pm show. Advance tickets are available at Moods Music and online.

Rhonda Thomas performed with Isaac Hayes from 1997-2008 and she has also been a member of soul bossa group, JIVA. Rhonda has released five solo projects including her Christmas album, Little Drummer Girl. CentricTV listed that album as one of the 12 contemporary R&B Christmas albums that you must own. Others on that list included Babyface, Whitney Houston, Luther Vandross, Destiny's Child, Faith Evans, Mariah Carey and others.
