Dr. Saum K. Nour, Ph.D., PE Civil, PE Electrical, PE Mechanical, CPD, CIPE, CFPE, LEED AP, AIA founded Absolute Consulting Engineers (ACE) in Newport Beach, CA. He has been training students and professionals for the Architectural Record Examinations for the AIA and the University of Southern California. Dr. Nour has over 30 years of experience in the field of engineering.
