Join Jezabel for an intimate, hands-on cooking class to learn how to prepare one of favorite her go-to dishes: Salsa Criolla. Guests will learn how to prepare the salsa from start-to-finish, including the vinaigrette dressing, as well as hear tips from Jezabel ranging from seasoning a salsa to how to work salsa into everyday meals. At the end of the class, guests will enjoy Jezabels popular empanadas and each guest will leave with their salsa to enjoy at home!
Notes:
- We ask that each guest brings ONE vegetable to the workshop and we encourage you to be creative with your choice, however we dont recommend green leafy vegetables or a starchy vegetable that requires cooking, such as a potato or squash.
- Basic knife skills required.
- The workshop is limited to seven guests.
