VIP Reception and "A Night of Music"

A Night of Music features Joyce Anderson, versatile vocalist and violinist who writes and interprets songs from old-time, rock and Americana, to folk, pop and swing. Also showcased are the voices of Sharon Jones, R&B and jazz singer extraordinaire; Joanne Connolly, Jazz vocalist and Director of Voices from the Heart and Con Tutti; and the Matt Jenson Trio with multi-talented Matt Jenson, Keyboard and Vocals; Winston Maccow, Bass; and David Rivera, Percussion.

Join us from 6:00 to 7:15 p.m. for a VIP reception prior to the 7:30 Concert. This special reception includes:

Voices Across South Africa is comprised of 65 women who sing with Voices from the Heart, a 200-voiced women's alternative chorus located in Portsmouth, NH. In July of 2018, the group will make a musical and humanitarian journey to South Africa, the fourth such tour in its 20-year history. A Night of Music will support the Voices Across South Africa trip and MusicWorks, a South African organization offering music therapy interventions for children and young people in Cape Towns marginalized neighborhoods.
