Dan Auerbach holds B.M. and M.M. degrees in violin performance from The Juilliard School, and a D.M.A. from Rutgers University. He has been described by the New York Times as "a player with quiet virtuosity". Upcoming concerts include DiMenna Center in NYC, engagements in Ukraine and Germany with the American Festival of Microtonal Music, as well as other NYC appearances and a concerto performance with the Richmond County Orchestra. Additional projects include an album release for MSR Classics with concert pianist Joshua Pierce. Dr. Auerbach currently serves as an Assistant Professor of Music at the College of Staten Island - City University of New York.
