On the Road Tour - Olives; Tree to Table

Our tour will begin at the Oregon Olive Mill. Part of the Red Ridge Nursery and Durant Vineyards, it is home to 17 acres of olive trees and a state-of-the-art Italian mill. We will learn the secrets of Extra Virgin Olive Oil - its characteristics and health properties - and well explore the process of making an award winning EVOO. This stop ends with a visit to their gift shop and nursery.

Browsing Gardeners Choices 11,000 square foot facility will tantalize your senses with pots, containers, fountains, planters, statuary and garden art.

Lastly, we will learn the delightful history of Cornell Farms and the resourceful and hardworking family who created and have endured this wonderful facility; five acres featuring indoor and outdoor plants. We will have a demonstration of how to layer bulbs in pots. They will have bulbs available for purchase as well as beverages and other tasty treats.
