Mr. Steele, a freelance writer since 1989, has bylined thousands of articles appearing in national, regional and Chicago-area newspapers and magazines. Ms. Chapralis launched her freelance business in 1984 and ever since has been going full throttle, working with clients on a variety of business communications and public relations activities.
