Cafe Nordo and The Wine Underground Present a Private Tasting with Tom Hajduk and special guest, Christian Troy of Indie Wineries.
-Taste five beautiful wines made in very small quantities and of limited availability
-A fun, curated tasting, with a chance to ask questions and delve deeply into the wines
-Bistro food menu available for food purchase
For this one-time special tasting event, we will explore and taste five wines from the Indie Wineries Portfolio. Indie Wineries is a highly specialized importer and distributor of wines from around the world, and is a passionate family-owned business which "supports all the other family-owned businesses. We believe in an organic lifestyle and in the discovery, promotion, and support of honest people making honest wines."
Christian Troy is a great storyteller and will cover the profound details of the winemakers, vineyards, and notable steps of production for these five wines.
This may be your only chance to try these wines, as they are made in very small batches and sell out quickly to local restaurants and retailers. This also is the first opportunity in Seattle to have a private tasting with Indie Wineries for non-industry guests.
